Herbs and spices pack in a lot of flavor comparable to what artificial seasonings have but without the massive sodium content, making them a healthy alternative for you. Besides being flavorful on their own, herbs and spices also help bring out the natural flavors in your food, complementing the overall taste of your dishes.
